HOME SWEET HOME

Well, it's official...I've definitely moved to the right place!

We just moved to a new condo that is still finishing up construction. Some of our hallways and the lobby are due to be completed in the next two weeks. Our entire complex has several lobbies that we have visited and admired the design. Each one we've seen is a bright color with several pieces of artwork of a particular fruit. For instance, one is bright green and has photos of kiwi and another is purple and has photos of grapes. We knew that our lobby was going to be red and assumed maybe cherries or strawberries. WELL...to my surprise and excitement...we were wrong! We arrived home late on July 3 to discover the above artwork in our lobby. Of course, I immediately ignored the other two photos and zoned in on the monkeys!! Isn't it amazing that I get monkey artwork?!?!

After checking it out and laughing about how fun it is, I then checked out the other two photos. First, I'm not sure how the three photos go together. Maybe an art major or design diva can tell me. The middle one is a close-up of a flower, so it's nice. But the other one? Mr. PoMonkey says it looks like the little girl is levitating a ball. Why? I don't know. Any thoughts? Second, I don't really care. Because there's a MONKEY!!

Once again, sorry for my absence, but I'm sure all (3) of you survived just fine without PoMonkey for a few weeks.
