ANOTHER DAY TO CELEBRATE!

In case you don't have it marked on your calendar...today is National Devil's Food Cake Day! In wondering why it's called "devil's" food cake, I found that it's possibly because it is "quite heavy relative to angel food cake". I made cupcakes for my team at work this morning, but if I had the talent I would have made this monkey cake!
