You don't realize what a blessing it is until you have to circle the blocks again and again just to find a space within walking distance. Thankfully, we don't have to do that!

I spend the first fifteen minutes at my desk every day just coming down from the frustrating parking situation on the lot. You are envied.
Yes, Taran and Bobby, we are thankful. Especially since a parking spot in our garage is deeded at $25,000!!! Our spot is included with our condo. Yea! Yea!
