is still searching f

is still searching for a quick, easy, healthy, energizing, and protein-licious breakfast option that doesn't include eggs or breakfast meat (blech!). Does it exist?

we've been making a lot of smoothies these days. we use soy milk, add a yogurt, frozen berries and a big handful of spinach (can't taste it, i promise!). you can also add some peanut butter for extra punch. good protein, serving of fruits and vegetables at breakfast, tasty, and you can drink it in the car on the way to work.

Thanks, K! That sounds good...I guess I could mix everything ahead of time and then just blend in the morning. I had good intentions this week but still found myself needing to "grab and go"!
